Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms apply to all visitors and customers of the Libaada website. Libaada sells stitched children's clothing online to customers in Pakistan.

2. Products & Sizes

We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and because pieces are stitched, small variations in finishing are normal. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and promotions may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay.

4. Orders

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation. Libaada may contact you by phone to confirm your order before dispatch. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or details cannot be verified. If this happens, you will be informed.

5. Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently available. Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery. Additional payment methods may be added in the future and will be shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Standard delivery is PKR 300, and delivery is free on orders of PKR 5,000 or more. Full details are available on our Shipping & Delivery page.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery under the applicable return conditions. Our policy is no questions asked: if you are not happy, you may return eligible items within 15 days. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Full details are on our Returns & Exchange page.

8. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Some categories are marked “Coming Soon” and cannot yet be ordered. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or cancel that item.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Please make sure your name, phone number and delivery address are complete and correct, and that someone is available to receive the order. Libaada is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

10. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. All text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to Libaada and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

Libaada may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
