Returns & Exchange

We want you and your little one to love every Libaada piece. If something isn’t right, returning it is simple.

Our 15-Day Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, no questions asked. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving them.

Return Conditions

To be eligible, items should be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached and, where possible, in the original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Contact us through our Contact page within 15 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will confirm your return and share the next steps.

Return Processing

Once we receive and check your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. We will let you know when this has been completed. [Editable: add refund method and expected processing time once confirmed.]

Exchanges

Need a different size? We are happy to exchange eligible items for another size, subject to availability. Just mention the size you need when you contact us.

Return Shipping Costs
